Husband-and-wife duo Kate & Paul Rouse bring a wealth of experience, blending PR, marketing, sales and journalism skills. They first crossed paths in the Middle East during the 1990s and soon after founded their own business in Cyprus, expanding across the Middle East, North Africa and the Levant.

Adventuring through this dynamic region, they launched magazines, awards and events, and managed PR. Their journey then took them to Portugal and eventually back to the UK, which now serves as the global base for their thriving international enterprise.

Paul Rouse has led some of the travel industry’s top publications, including Conference & Incentive Travel, Travel Trade Gazette Middle East and Prestige Events. Now a freelance editor, journalist and PR professional, Paul uses his extensive global tourism expertise to help clients optimise their PR and marketing strategies. His skill in interviewing, crafting effective newsletters and establishing targeted campaigns makes him invaluable to any business. Co-author of a contemporary travel guide to Oxford and two novels, Paul’s passion for writing is in his DNA.

Kate Rouse combines a high-powered corporate sales and marketing background with a mission to support businesses. Her down-to-earth approach and knack for identifying core strengths have driven success for clients of all sizes, both local and international. She has moved from the corporate media world, where she led a 15-title multi-media group, to Portugal where she ran a gourmet catering and events company. Back in the UK, she added a new string to her bow with Travel Counsellors, operating a franchise that gives her access to top-tier suppliers, destination management companies and a strong support network for large-scale events. Her legendary organisational skills ensure seamless bespoke travel and adventures, alongside strategic business consultancy.
